Colors' is a unique personality profiling workshop that enables us
to discover how and why people communicate and behave the way they do. Based
on leading edge research into human motivation and behavior, this invaluable
communication workshop explains what motivates positive behavior in different
personalities. The workshop is unique, as it is an experience, not merely
presented information. It is informative, hands-on and fun! Corporations such
as Disney, Microsoft, and Kodak use True Colors as an integral part of their
staff professional development programs.
INSPIRE AND IGNITE ENTHUSIASM FOR YOUR MEETINGS, TRAININGS AND EVENTS The True Colors workshop is a non-threatening, interactive approach to helping individuals understand their own behavior, skills, needs, and motivations and those they interact with.
This 2 1/2 hr. session introduces the 'True Colors'
theory. Participants play the cards to learn their colors. Small group discussions
help them understand the full color spectrum. These interactive sessions are
both fun and informative. This awareness session is a prerequisite for all
'True Colors' applications.

Over the past several years, Canadian professionals working with temperament tools developed in other countries have reaped the benefits of those instruments, but have also recognized some cultural differences. Requests for up-to-date Canadian materials led to the development of Personality Dimensions®.
Personality Dimensions® is lively, highly interactive, colorful and fun. The objective is to learn about and come to appreciate individual similarities and differences. It also helps to improve interpersonal relations by having participants apply the information they learn in the workshop to their everyday lives.
